Parallel Model: All selected services start simultaneously. The total appointment duration is determined by the service with the longest duration among the selection. In this model, each service is performed by different staff members within the same time frame.
Sequential Model: Selected services are added consecutively (one after another). The total appointment duration is the sum of all individual service durations. While either the same employee or different employees can be assigned to each service, every service begins only at the end time of the previous one.
